My friend and fellow wellness professional Michelle Stanford and I have combined our respective skills to form The Balanced Body and Mind Company. Collaborating allows us to offer fantastic retreats to ladies who want to refocus, recharge and relax.

If you are stuck in a rut and in need of some ‘me time’, consider joining us for one of our wonderful weekends. Held at beautiful Devon venues, and bringing together likeminded ladies for a weekend of activities, relaxation and rejuvenation, our retreats are held periodically throughout the year.
