Have fun with fitness. Create a diet-free future.
Become passionate about your own health.
I’m a health and fitness coach just for ladies. I help women to have fun with fitness, create a diet-free future and feel passionate about their own health.
This year I turned 30, and I can honestly say that I have never felt slimmer, fitter or healthier than I do now! I’d love to help you to enjoy this feeling too, whatever your age.
My interest in fitness did not begin until I was 23 years old. Before then, I did everything I could to avoid exercise. I just had no enthusiasm for it at all, because I simply hadn’t found the right activity for me. Going to a group exercise class led me to a love of health and fitness which I’d never imagined possible, and ultimately a complete career change (I worked in education prior to this). I now know that women need fitness activities which are sociable, fun and supportive, and I can use this knowledge to help my clients to happily make fitness a part of their weekly routine.
I know how important it is that my clients are valued as individuals, complimented on their efforts, given good quality advice and kept entertained as well as motivated. I choose music that my class participants like, play fun fitness games, always inject humour into my sessions and listen to participant feedback to make my classes even better. More importantly than anything, the ladies who attend my classes are always welcomed, treated with respect and nurtured towards reaching their goals in a way which suits them.

Active IQ Indoor Cycling (2015)

For my first fitness role I worked as a gym instructor in a ladies only gym, helping ladies of all ages and fitness levels to achieve health and weight loss goals. Following this, in 2014 I set out on my journey of self-employment, which I have been working on ever since, fitting in a couple of months for maternity leave after having my little boy in November 2016. Since moving to South Molton in 2015 I have also worked at G&S Fitness, a local gym where I cover some instructor shifts and also teach weekly mixed gender fitness classes.
I don’t recommend diets as I can’t bare deprivation! Life would be very boring if you couldn’t have a piece of cake every now and again!
I believe that balance is important when it comes to fitness, weight loss and your lifestyle.
I am passionate that women should be able to feel good about themselves, both physically and emotionally.
I feel strongly about helping women to improve their mental health through fitness and food.
Life isn’t always kind, and I get that! I’m the instructor who will give you a hug, listen to your worries and message you the next day to see how you are. I place high importance on nurture and support, and I’ll always be completely non-judgemental.
Not everyone has a lot of money to spare on leisure activities and looking after themselves. It means a lot to me that I am able to price my classes and services so that they are affordable and fair, giving everyone the chance to improve their body, life and mindset should they so wish.
My pricing structure is really simple. No contracts, no sign up costs, and you can pay by cash or card.
